In order to continue to deepen our relationships with parents, Kindergarten teachers have the opportunity to have optional meetings with parents in the beginning of the year. The intent of these meetings is to welcome the child and family to kindergarten in West Aurora, their building, and their classroom as well as gain insight on the child’s background and life experiences. Join me to explore the intent and the design of these meetings.
