This is the capstone course for all micro-credentials (West U Badges). The goal of the course is for participants to take the knowledge they have acquired
through their course work and share with others in the district. Participants
will be provided with the background, knowledge, and resources
to share their newly gained expertise in a peer to peer, small group,
and large group setting. The following topics will be addressed; adult
learning theory, personality differences, effective feedback, coaching
models, and meeting facilitation.
