In this session, you will be introduced or reminded of the power of Journaling in your classroom.

We ask our students to read, and we hope that they then read for pleasure, taking them to the library to pick out books of their choice, but we tend to forget about the power of just writing - writing for fun or preparation. Most of our writing is very specific with format and length requirements, but infrequently we ask students to just write for fun. Well, welcome the journal and journaling into your practice!
